5 Ways to Fit Fitness into your Busy Life!  Plus Building Business Connections Networking

To be fit does not mean you have to work out for 30-60 minutes a day.  It would be great if you could work out at least 30 minutes a few days a week, but sometimes reality doesn’t allow that.  Sometimes you have to fit fitness in one exercise at a time.  This presentation will demonstrate ways to fit fitness in at work, in front of the TV, at the grocery store, in the kitchen, and while brushing your teeth!

Participants will learn practical exercises they can do during their day to increase their fitness level. The exercises can be done:

  • Sitting at your desk
  • While you are waiting in line
  • When you are at home in the kitchen
  • When you are watching TV
  • While you are brushing your teeth

About the Workshop Leader

Holly Kouvo of Fitting Fitness In® is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, nutrition specialist, functional aging specialist, speaker, and writer. Holly has taught fitness classes for over two decades and has been working as a personal trainer for more than eighteen years.  She has had great success helping people lose hundreds of pounds. 

Holly started her own personal training company when, after 18 years in the high-tech industry, she decided to change careers and pursue her passion: helping people fit fitness into their lives.  She is a serial entrepreneur, starting with her Worry-Free Wedding Software, then Acadia Software, her computer consulting company, and finally Fitting Fitness In®, her personal training business.  She makes use of her computer skills working with her online clients using her online portal and her Fitting Fitness In® App on mobile devices. 

Holly is the author of Fitting Fitness In for Weight Loss and Healthy Living and has published articles in several national magazines and websites. She has released exercise DVD’s and had a weekly radio spot—“Holly’s Helpful Hints”—on Career/Life Balance Radio for 2 ½ years. Holly produces her own TV show on ActonTV called “Get Healthy with Holly”.  Holly speaks regularly on topics pertaining to health, fitness, motivation and weight loss.
